CMorales Events is a local full service event planning company located in New York City. We plan and assist in all aspects of your special event from concept to execution which includes coordination, problem-solving, theme develpment and vendor management and more. We think outside the box to help you create unique, exciting and memorable events that your guest will talk about for years.

We work with anyone that need help planning and excecuting events. CMorales Events has 5 years event planning experience in different industries including the colleges and universitis, nonprofit, government agencies, small businesses and real estate. We also have experience planning events for individuals. We have planned events such as weddings, concerts, carnivals, galas, fundraisers, live music, comedy shows, outdoor/indoor movie nights, parade, formals and dance parties.

Services include and but are not limited to:

Vendor Management:
Negotiates contracts and maintains relationships with preferred vendors. Handle coordination of event vendors (includes venue research, invitation design, printing and mailing, caterers, florists, entertainment)

Responsible for assisting with event logistics:
coordinate all logistics including setup, break-down, decor, food and beverage, AV, meeting room setups, travel arrangements for speakers and staff, and provide on-site support to ensure each event is a success.

Event Marketing:
such as advertising, mailings, posters, flyers, and promotional materials.

Fundraising:
We help nonprofits manage fundraising events, volunteer participation and event activities

Event Budget:
We help manage the budgets for all aspects of events expenses. We Work within your event budget, insuring that expenses are "at" or "below" budget and maintain accurate and complete financial records for each event.
